JUMP off the wall!

At your next practice, pay attention to how you push off the wall. Listen to Coach Brad below. 
Work on JUMPING rather than lazily pushing off the wall.

  • Do you fire the large muscles in your thighs?
  • Do you leave the wall in a tight streamline?
  • Do you make it past the flags?
  • Do you have your feet placed properly on the wall?
  • Do you leave in the correct "sink touch push" position?

  • Ask your coaches to watch you and see if they are happy with your push offs!
