EXPLOSIVE FLY KICKS



We have been focusing on "explosive" fly kicks during our training 
sessions this week.  Every swimmer can improve his/her fly kicks by
focusing on POWER.

1.  Push off in the tightest streamline possible.
2.  Think about being explosive as you leave the wall.
3.  Focus on speed and intensity with each kick (upward and downward).
4.  Use your core for power.
5.  Practice when you leave every wall.
